Return Policy

I. Goods Inspection and Confirmation of Receipt
Buyers must inspect the goods within 7 natural days of receipt. If there are any objections regarding the goods (including but not limited to quantity, appearance, or quality), these must be raised within this period; failure to do so will be deemed as confirmation of receipt with no objections.

If the goods require the buyer to handle customs clearance in their country, and the buyer fails to complete or timely handle customs clearance resulting in the goods not being properly received, this will be considered as confirmation of receipt with no objections, and no subsequent return or exchange requests will be accepted.

II. Scope of Return Applications
This policy does not accept any returns or refunds without reason, processing only return or exchange requests due to inherent quality issues with the goods (such as material defects, manufacturing flaws, or functional failures).

The following situations are not eligible for returns:

Damage, deformation, or stains on the goods caused by the buyer's improper use or storage;
Missing or damaged product tags, hang tags, or original packaging that affects the goods' resale;
Discrepancies in the buyer's personal preferences regarding size, color, or style, which are not related to the goods' quality issues;
Return applications submitted after the 7-natural-day objection period.


III. Return Process and Requirements for Quality Issues
Evidence Requirements: Buyers must, within 7 natural days of receiving the goods, take clear photos and videos of the quality issues (clearly showing problem details, the full appearance of the goods, and order information) and submit the evidence through official customer service channels.

Goods and Packaging Requirements: Buyers must keep the goods in their original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged) and the original packaging intact (including the box, padding materials, and accessories) to ensure it does not affect the seller's resale.

Return Shipment: After the seller reviews the evidence and confirms it meets return conditions, buyers must ship the goods back to the seller’s designated address within the specified period (usually 7 natural days). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where quality issues are clearly due to the seller’s fault (subject to customer service confirmation).

Resale Confirmation: Upon receiving the returned goods, the seller will inspect them within 3-5 working days to confirm they meet resale conditions (including the condition of the goods and packaging integrity).

Refund Processing: Once the goods are confirmed suitable for resale, the seller will contact the buyer within 2 working days to process the refund via the original payment method. The refund processing time depends on the payment platform and bank rules (typically 3-15 working days).

IV. Other Terms
If the evidence submitted by the buyer is unclear or incomplete, or if the returned goods do not meet return conditions, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return or refund and return the goods to the buyer (with return shipping costs borne by the buyer).

For buyers who maliciously apply for returns, provide false evidence, or repeatedly abuse the return policy, the seller reserves the right to refuse all future transactions and return/exchange requests from them, and to pursue relevant liabilities.

This policy applies to all cross-border sales orders, subject to the seller’s store return and exchange rules.

The seller reserves the right to revise this policy based on business needs, with revised policies published on the official website. New orders placed after the publication date will be subject to the revised terms.
